Biography

Giovanni Masi, born in 2002, considered one of the most interesting guitarists of his generation as attested by numerous awards, including the Golden Guitar as a Young Promise at the “29th International Guitar Convention” in Milan in 2024.
Giovanni Masi began studying classical guitar at the age of 13, under the guidance of Maestro Gianluca Allocca. Subsequently, he attended the annual advanced courses of Maestro Frédéric Zigante, first at the “A. Corelli” civic school in Castellaneta and later at the “Corde di Primavera” association in Frosinone. He continued his studies at the “P.E. Imbriani” Music High School where he graduated with top marks and subsequently concluded with a grade of 110/110 cum laude and a mention of the I and II level at the “D. Cimarosa” Conservatory in the class of Maestro Lucio Matarazzo. continues…
